The Gandhi Peace Foundation conducted a two-hour Gandhian Way to Peace session for the Grade 5 students of The Children Garden School, Mylapore, Chennai.

The session introduced students to Mahatma Gandhi’s 12 Vows through an attractive and easy-to-understand poster presentation. The students participated enthusiastically throughout the session by answering questions, sharing their thoughts, and interacting actively with the resource persons.

A special highlight of the session was the participation of Mr. Srikanth, a Peace Club student who had been associated with the Gandhi Peace Foundation since he was studying in Grade 5. He distributed the 12 Vows posters to all the students and shared his journey as a Peace Club member. He was warmly honoured and introduced to the children as an inspiring example of how practicing Gandhian values from a young age can shape one’s.

The session concluded with the distribution of posters to all the students, encouraging them to understand and practise Mahatma Gandhi’s 12 Vows in their daily lives.
