Exploring Peace and Non-Violence through Our Indian Heritage Education Camp at Kunnavakkam – Uthiramerur

A unique educational camp was held at ServaSev Vidhyalaya Matriculation School, Kunnavakkam, Uthiramerur Tk., with the participation of 50 students (from 8th and 9th grades) and 21 committed teachers.
The camp offered a vibrant journey into India’s timeless values of peace, harmony, and non-violence through engaging and creative formats, including:
Storytelling methodologies,
Skits and songs on Peace,
Two-minute stories for social media reels,
Dramatic enactments from the life of Mahatma Gandhi,
Exploring the significance of village life and traditional practices,
Learning from folk traditions and oral histories,
Understanding the importance of festivals,
Insights into sustainable living from ancient practices,
Learning traditional Indian games that promote teamwork and discipline.
